WHO IS SCRIPSY?

Scripsy is run by me, Anna King – an experienced PR, copywriting and content marketing consultant.

With over 13 years’ agency and freelance experience, I’m a B2B specialist, with particular expertise working with innovative tech and professional services brands, ranging from start-ups to established businesses.

I love getting under the skin of my clients, understanding what makes them tick, why they do what they do and how they’re unique. I believe a good communicator should listen more than talk; an approach which enables me to get to the heart of client challenges and develop intelligent campaigns that consistently exceed expectations.

I work in collaboration with clients to develop themes, angles and ideas that capture your brand values and personality, along with the attention of your audiences. Meanwhile, my carefully honed storytelling skills ensure I deliver strategic PR, copy and content campaigns that breathe life into brands and most importantly, make an impact on the bottom-line.

MY CREDENTIALS

My copywriting and content work spans blogs, newsletters, web and SEO copy, articles, brochures, thought leadership reports, white papers, plus all sorts of other sales and marketing materials. I also advise clients on content strategy and how to integrate all your activities for the best result.

When it comes to PR, my expertise lies in strategic issues-focused campaigns for start-ups, SMEs and leading brands. I love media relations and there’s not a lot I find more satisfying than landing kick-ass coverage in just the right media.

HOW DO I WRITE?

My writing style is flexible to your needs, but I specialise in prose that is sharp, professional, lighthearted and engaging – perfect for B2B brands who want to simplify the complex, jazz up the humdrum or add some spice to the day-to-day.

What I won’t do is dull. Or waffly. Or full of jargon.

And most importantly, I won’t write copy or content that gets swallowed up by the noise. It will actually make a difference.

HOW DO I WORK?

Every project is different, so the first step is to discuss what you need. If you have a written brief, then amazing. If not, don’t worry – I can take a brief over the phone or via Skype. Or we can have a go old-fashioned meeting!

Once I have a good idea of your requirements, I’ll use this to develop a proposal, estimate for the work and projected timings. If you’re happy with that then we can get started.
